Embody Yoga Wellness Retreat
Join us August 10th-14th for 5 days and 4 nights of wellness at Civana, a wellness resort and spa, in Arizona.

Located just 45 minutes from Phoenix, Civana sits on 20 acres in the Sonoran desert. This wellness escape offers over 100 wellness and fitness classes each week, offers 2 restaurants onsite and is home to a world class spa.

Our retreat guests will be able to curate their own wellness experience by selecting the classes and experiences that they want to partake in each day. Options include wellness and fitness classes such as daily hikes in the desert and mountains, yoga and Pilates classes, trampoline classes, floating guided mediation, horseback riding, mountain biking, aerial yoga, soundbaths and more. Spending a half or full day at the resort spa is highly recommended. And spending a few hours by the pool wouldn't be a bad way to pass the time either.

The retreat group will meet for an opening dinner on the first night of the retreat and again on the final night of the retreat for a closing yoga class led by Joanna and a soundbath, led by a member of the Civana team.

The Details
Retreat Dates: Sunday, August 10th-Thursday, August 14th
Destination: Civana (Carefree, Arizona)
Rates:
Single Occupancy Room: $1,750
Double Occupancy Room: $1,250
Included Costs: Lodging, taxes, gratuity for bell staff and housekeeping and experience fee (to cover the standard fitness/wellness classes offered each day).
Costs NOT Included: Flight, ground transportation to and from the resort, food, drink, fitness/wellness classes that have an additional fee and any other personal charges (including room service, spa services...etc).
Payment Arrangements: A deposit in the amount of $500 deposit is required to hold your spot. Once the deposit is paid, you are welcome to make additional incremental payments at your discretion. The remaining balance must be paid in full by July 1st. Please note, all payments/sales towards the retreat are final. No refunds or credits will be offered
