
Yoga Classes
We offer a wide variety of yoga classes for students of all ability levels. While most of our yoga classes are heated to a minimum of 93 degrees, we also offered unheated yoga classes. If you need assistance selecting a class, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 414-810-6150.

Hot Yoga
The next step up from Hot Yoga (Beginners), this open level Hot Yoga class is for students with some yoga experience. We recommend that new students complete at least 6 Hot Yoga (Beginners) classes before advancing to these open level Hot Yoga classes.

Hot Stretch
Hot Stretch is not your traditional yoga class. In this class, you will be led through a variety of stretches and dynamic movements that will improve your flexibility and mobility. Areas of focus include the hamstrings, calves, ankles, hips, shoulders and spine.
This class is open to students of all levels, including beginners.

Vinyasa Flow (Unheated)
The unheated version of our Hot Yoga class. In this class, we sync our movement with our breathing. With this connection of the breath and movement, the practice develops 'flow' or a steady progression from one pose to the next.

We recommend that new students complete at least 6 Beginners Yoga (Unheated) classes before advancing to this open level Vinyasa Flow class.

Son Salutations
Join Jamila of Agape Yogastry for a Christian based Hot Yoga class. Class will include a brief scripture reading, a full practice (with Gospel music playing in the background) and prayer.
Class Schedule: This class is held on the 1st Sunday of each month.

Hot Yoga (Beginners)
In this beginner level, sweat inducing class, you will be led through a variety of beginner level yoga poses at a slow to moderate pace.

Hot Yoga (Sculpt)
The same Hot Yoga class you know and love...with weights and other props to help you build muscle and stamina.
We recommend that new students complete at least 6 Hot Yoga (Beginners) classes before advancing to Hot Yoga (Sculpt) .
